To keep employees and their families cool during the summer months, Waterpark was built in the 1970s.

It is currently owned and operated by the City of Warren. The waterpark features two large pools, a wave pool, slides, and a soaking tub. The Red Oaks is open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.
